Remarks

(1) All accepted papers must be registered as one of the following categories. (a. Regular, b. IEEE/EEAAT members [www.eeaat.or.th], c. Co-host, and d. Student)
(2) At least one author must register by early-bird date.
(3) The participants who are a non-presenter/co-author/accompanying person should register as Participant.
(4) The meals, coffee breaks and banquet will be served for all registrants, while the conference kit will only be serve to both Regular and IEEE/EEAAT members.
(5) Registration fees are non-refundable.

Payment

(1) We accept registration payment by bank transfer prior to the conference only, whereas the registration payment by credit card is allowed during early-bird registration only.
(2) We only accept registration payment at the conference site by cash only in Thai Baht (Thai) or US dollar (foreigner).
(3) The real receipt will be provided at the registration desk during the conference.
(4) The registration rate excludes bank-transfer fees.

After you complete a bank transfer, please upload the transfer slip (in PDF format) into the registration system to complete the registration process. The registration process is confirmed upon the receipt of the payment.
